Returns & Exchanges

At Pelican Phone Cases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your case doesn't provide the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Case

  Place the phone case in its original retail packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
